We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. This applies to standard delivery and is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the threshold.

3. Shipping Charges

• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable.
• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• No hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the final amount.

4. International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to select countries.
• International delivery typically takes 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
• International shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Packaging

• All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
• Fragile items are wrapped with extra protective layers and bubble wrap.

• Each order includes a product care card with maintenance tips for your handicraft item.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the tracking number.
• You can track your order status through the tracking link provided or from your account dashboard.
• If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the shipping address provided.
• If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
• In case of a returned shipment, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund (minus shipping charges).
• Please ensure the shipping address and phone number provided are accurate and someone is available to receive the package.
