Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request within this period. Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.
• The product should not have been altered, damaged, or used in any way after delivery.
• Items must be returned with all accessories, freebies, and components that came with the order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products made to your specifications.
• Products with broken seals or removed tags.
• Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
• Gift cards and vouchers.
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.

4. Refund Process

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account (details will be collected during the return process).
• Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photographs of the damaged/defective product along with the packaging.
• We will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
• Defective items will be inspected upon receipt; if the claim is verified, a refund or replacement will be processed immediately.

6. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges for products of equal or higher value (you pay the difference).
• Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
• Only one exchange is permitted per order item.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and the return policy will apply.
• For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• COD orders cancelled before shipping will not incur any charges.
